Specification of Kaca tempered ( Sight glass Klinger )
Tempered glass is ordinary float glass that has been strengthened by heating to a certain boiling point (around 700'C) and then cooled suddenly with a burst of cold air on both sides, so that there will be changes in the tensile force and compressive force of the glass.
The tempered or tempering process takes not too long (depending on the thickness of the glass), but which requires a long time is the pre-process or process before being done tempering such as cutting (cutting), punching (drilling), or rubbing (edging). Besides the tempered process queue in the processor location also sometimes takes a long time so that the total tempered glass process can reach one week.
